Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 22, 2026
LineWise is a credit card strategy assistant for managing utilization across credit lines and building smarter credit habits. The Service helps you use credit more strategically and optimize total credit line usage across multiple connected cards.
LineWise uses only user-permissioned financial data — information from accounts you choose to connect and authorize through Plaid. With that data, LineWise tracks credit card balances, credit limits, available credit, utilization, statement balances, payment due dates, estimated closing dates, and related transaction activity across connected credit card accounts. The app provides dashboards, smart reminders, and personalized insights to help you understand total credit line usage and plan payments around statement and due dates.
This Privacy Policy explains how CoreFlow Capital LLC ("LineWise," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the LineWise website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service") — including how we handle user-permissioned financial data you authorize us to access.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the Service, and financial account information you authorize us to access through Plaid.
LineWise does not collect, receive, or store your bank username, password, PIN, or other financial institution login credentials. When you connect an account, you sign in directly with your bank through Plaid (including OAuth where supported). LineWise receives only the account data you authorize Plaid to share with us.
Account and Profile Information
Information you provide for your LineWise account — not your bank:
- Name, email address, phone number, LineWise account login credentials, account preferences, support messages, and other information you choose to provide.
- Authentication and security information needed to protect your LineWise account.
User-Permissioned Financial Data
When you choose to connect a financial account through Plaid Link (including OAuth at supported institutions), you authorize LineWise to receive selected data from Plaid. Depending on your financial institution and the products enabled for your account, this may include:
- Account names, account type, account subtype, masked account numbers, and institution information.
- Credit card balances, credit limits, available credit, statement balances, minimum payments, payment due dates, and liability-related account information where available.
- Transaction activity, transaction dates, transaction amounts, merchant information, payment activity, and transaction categories where available.
- Metadata needed to maintain the connection, such as Plaid Item identifiers and account identifiers.
LineWise requests Plaid Liabilities and Transactions data to support credit card utilization tracking, total credit line views, payment timing reminders, estimated closing dates, and related personal financial management features.
LineWise does not receive or store your financial institution login credentials. You authenticate directly with your bank when using Plaid OAuth.
Device, Usage, and Technical Information
We may collect device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, app version, log events, security events, session data, and usage analytics to operate, secure, improve, and troubleshoot the Service.

3. Plaid and Connected Accounts
LineWise uses Plaid to help you securely connect your financial accounts. When you use Plaid Link, you may be asked to authenticate directly with your financial institution and authorize the categories of data that may be shared. Your use of Plaid may also be subject to Plaid's own terms and privacy disclosures.
LineWise does not receive or store your financial institution login credentials. LineWise stores only the tokens and data necessary to provide the Service, subject to this Privacy Policy and our data retention practices.
You may disconnect a connected account within the LineWise application or request account deletion by contacting us.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:

LineWise does not sell consumer financial data. If LineWise uses advertising or affiliate relationships, we will provide disclosures where required and will not use connected financial data for unrelated third-party marketing without appropriate notice and consent.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and analytics tools to operate the website, maintain sessions, remember preferences, monitor performance, detect abuse, and improve the Service. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

When you disconnect an account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify applicable data subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, and operational requirements. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before deletion according to our backup lifecycle.
7. Security
LineWise uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and user-permissioned financial data. These safeguards include encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for critical systems, least-privilege access, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Users are responsible for protecting their LineWise account login credentials and notifying LineWise promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.
8. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information about personal information we maintain about you. You may also request that we disconnect financial accounts or delete your LineWise account.
To submit a privacy request, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
9. California Privacy Notice
If applicable, California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related regulations, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing or sale of personal information. LineWise does not sell consumer financial data. If LineWise engages in activities that qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law, LineWise will provide required notices and choices.
10. Children's Privacy
LineWise is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, website, email, or other reasonable means. The updated policy will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
