Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LineWise website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service") provided by CoreFlow Capital LLC ("LineWise," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description​

LineWise is a credit card strategy assistant for managing utilization across credit lines and building smarter credit habits. Using user-permissioned financial data, LineWise tracks balances, credit limits, available credit, utilization, statement balances, due dates, estimated closing dates, and transaction activity across connected credit card accounts. The Service provides dashboards, smart reminders, and personalized insights to help users optimize total credit line usage, manage utilization across multiple connected credit cards, and plan payments around key statement and due dates.

LineWise is designed for consumers who want to use credit more strategically, optimize total credit line usage across multiple cards, stay organized with monthly credit card activity, and make more informed credit card decisions.

2. Eligibility​

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where LineWise is made available. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

3. User-Permissioned Financial Data​

LineWise uses Plaid Link (including OAuth at supported institutions) to allow users to connect financial accounts. By connecting an account, you authorize LineWise to access and process selected financial data through Plaid for the purpose of providing the Service. You may disconnect a connected account through the Service or request support at [email protected].

LineWise does not receive or store your bank login credentials. LineWise does not initiate payments, transfer funds, open accounts, issue credit cards, or control your financial institution accounts.

4. No Credit Repair, Lending, or Guaranteed Results​

LineWise is not a credit repair company, lender, debt settlement provider, credit bureau, bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. The Service is provided for personal financial management and informational purposes only.

LineWise does not guarantee credit approval, credit limit increases, lower interest rates, rewards, payment outcomes, credit score improvement, or any specific financial result. Credit scores and credit decisions are determined by credit bureaus, scoring models, lenders, issuers, and other third parties using many factors.

5. Estimates, Reminders, and Data Availability​

Statement closing dates, due dates, balances, credit limits, utilization, transactions, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or unavailable depending on your financial institution, Plaid, and account status. LineWise reminders and insights are tools to assist user review and planning; they are not a substitute for reviewing statements, issuer notices, and account details directly with your financial institution.

You are responsible for making payments on time, verifying account information, maintaining sufficient funds, and complying with your credit card agreements.

6. Credit Card Offers and Affiliate Relationships​

LineWise may display credit card offers, product suggestions, educational content, or links from financial institutions, issuers, agents, or affiliate partners. If you apply through LineWise or an affiliate link, LineWise may receive compensation.

All offers are subject to issuer approval, eligibility requirements, terms, conditions, rates, fees, rewards rules, and issuer disclosures. LineWise does not guarantee that you will qualify for any offer or that any offer is the best available option for you.

7. User Responsibilities​

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or services without authorization.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or financial account ownership.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

8. Privacy​

Our collection and use of information is described in the LineWise Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

9. Fees and Subscriptions​

LineWise may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, pricing, billing periods, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable plan terms.

10. Intellectual Property​

LineWise and its content, software, design, trademarks, and related materials are owned by LineWise or its licensors. You may use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial use unless LineWise provides written permission otherwise.

11. Third-Party Services​

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Plaid, financial institutions, issuers, analytics providers, and affiliate partners. LineWise is not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, decisions, or disclosures.

12. Service Changes and Availability​

LineWise may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

13. Disclaimers​

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineWise disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

14. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineWise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; missed payments; credit score changes; denied credit applications; issuer decisions; or third-party service failures. LineWise's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to LineWise for the Service during the twelve months before the claim or $100, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Termination​

You may stop using LineWise at any time. LineWise may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Service. After termination, data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and internal data retention practices.

16. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
